The Journey So Far with Bucksburn Academy
A year ago, Katoni began something we were not entirely sure how to define.
It was not a traditional sponsorship, and it was never meant to be a one-off initiative. What started to take shape was something more meaningful: a partnership with Bucksburn Academy built on the belief that young people deserve real access to the professional world, along with the confidence, support and opportunities that come with it.
Over the past year, that partnership has grown into something genuinely important to us. We have seen students step into spaces they may never have imagined for themselves. We have had conversations that reminded us why this kind of work matters. And, if we are honest, we have probably learned just as much as we have shared.
This documentary, The Journey So Far, is an honest reflection on that first year. It captures the people, moments and progress that have shaped the partnership so far, from the early conversations to the impact now starting to show.
For us, this is about more than business giving back. It is about showing what can happen when local businesses choose to play an active role in shaping futures within their own community.
And this is only the beginning.
