Process Engineering
Our process engineering team provides consultancy and design support to overcome complex operational challenges and improve asset performance. We develop all process documentation required during the design phase, deliver debottlenecking studies, troubleshoot issues, and provide operations assurance across brownfield environments. Our work also includes procedure development, obsolescence management, technology screening, vendor support, process simulations and plant optimisation, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs and operational constraints.
Functional Safety
We support the full Functional Safety lifecycle, from small modifications to complete asset revalidation and new build assessments. Our team delivers comprehensive hazard analysis, HAZOP facilitation, IL determinations, process safety calculations and Safety Requirement Specifications. We provide verification activities, validation of Safety Instrumented Systems and oversee system integration, installation, commissioning and start-up to ensure compliance with IEC 61511, IEC 61508 and industry best practice.
Technical Safety
Our Technical Safety specialists assess brownfield modifications, evaluate the impact on existing safety systems and support clients in meeting regulatory compliance. We manage Safety Critical Task registers, review work practices and identify safety requirements essential for maintaining operational integrity. We also facilitate HIRA, HAZID and HAZOP workshops, ensuring risks are identified early and managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
