Tony joined Katoni in late 2022 and brings a wealth of experience to the business.

Katoni created a new role for Tony focusing on the management of the talent within our business. This role allows Tony to focus on retaining the brilliant people here at Katoni and build a long-term workforce planning approach for the future. 

With his experience and expertise Tony is focused on embedding the strong culture that Katoni has created and creating set of benefits and tools to support employee well-being, health, financial security and social involvement. 

Tony has been likened to Chris Sutton but he claims to be more Brad Pitt.
