Stephen has extensive experience as a Construction/TAR Manager in all aspects of Construction Management, Project and TAR delivery within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical  industry. He has gained experience in both operational and contractor environments with in-depth experience initially gained in the key areas of construction and materials/equipment integration necessary to ensure safe and effective execution of planned TAR events both on and offshore.
